Payments and Refunds

You are welcome to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking, or request an invoice (in order to pay by bank transfer). Bank transfers must be received at least 14 days before the course begins. If your organisation is paying for you by invoice, please ensure that we have the necessary information (e.g. Purchase Order Number and correct email address to send the invoice to) so that we can process it.

Substitutions

If, after booking your place, circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend the course we accept substitutions (with the exception of PWYC scholarship places, where we will offer the place to the next person on the waiting list). Please let us know the name of the person taking your place as soon as possible, via email to info@dialoguerevolution.com.

Cancellations

If you do not have a substitution – someone able to take your place – we are able to issue a refund (minus a £20 admin fee) for those who cancel their place in writing at least 14 days before the course start date. We are unable to offer refunds to those who cancel their place less than 14 days before the course start date.

If you need to cancel your place but would like to attend a future course with Dialogue (R)Evolution, you are welcome to request a voucher instead of a refund. You can use the value of this voucher towards the cost of a future course. You will not be charged an admin fee for this and are able to request a voucher any time up until the course starts.

If you have been awarded a PWYC scholarship place we will not keep the £20 admin fee for bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the course start date. We will, however, deduct any payment/processing fees from the refund amount to cover our costs.
