Moving a team’s practice towards a more dialogical approach requires more than attending a foundation training course – it’s a commitment to service development and ongoing learning. We’re excited to be working with Cardiff & Vale UHB on a 2 year project to undertake an initiative to embed Open Dialogue practices within the organisation, through:
- The provision of 2 Foundation Training level course
- An additional year of training for ‘Mgynghorwyr’ – practitioners attending a more advanced course that will enable them to facilitate InterVision and support other trainees/practitioners.
- A 2 year programme to support 2 trainers who will, at the end of the process, be equipped to provide in-house foundation level training and supervision.
