Find out about our policies on payment, cancellation and refunds.
Training forms part of our livelihood – enabling us to support ourselves and our loved ones. In order for us to continue to run open access courses it is important that attendees do their best to pay fees promptly.
We ask that all attendees pay the balance of their course fees at least 14 days in advance of the workshop. However, if this is not possible please contact email@example.com so that we can agree a way forward. For example, we are aware that those whose places are funded by organisations may may a longer or more complex invoicing/payment procedure.
If you or your organisation require an invoice for payment it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct details. You can provide these whilst booking your place, or by contacting us afterwards.
If you are unable to attend this event you have the following options:
- transfer your attendance to another of our workshops in this series (subject to availability).
- transfer your place to another person (we will need the name and contact details of the person attending).
- ask for a refund (please note the amount of refund we can offer depends on how much notice you are able to give us)
As we want to make best use of the places available on the course, it is important for you to notify us in writing if you are not able to attend. When doing so, it would be helpful if you tell us which of the above options you would like to pursue.
Whether you attend or not, you are responsible to pay any outstanding fees minus any refund you are eligible for.
The amount we are able to refund you for cancelled places depends on the amount of written notice you give us. The more notice, the greater the refund.
100% refund: If you cancel your place more than one month before the first day of the workshop.
50% refund: If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the first day of the workshop.
25% refund: If you cancel your place more than 7 days before the first day of the workshop.
We will not be able to offer any refunds where cancellation is received with less than 7 days notice.
